Player Profile Rossi Jarvis
The younger brother of Ryan, Rossi emerged from the Norwich Academy to make five senior appearances for the Canaries in season 2005-06. Something of a utility player, he made the breakthrough playing as a competitive midfielder, but probably regards himself as a defender and it was at right-back that he made his full debut, against West Ham in the FA Cup Third Round in January 2006. Fearless in the tackle and composed when in possession he could yet develop into a regular in either defence or midfield. To complete a momentous season for Rossi, he signed his first professional contract in January 2006 and, in April, won his first England under-18 cap, playing three positions in that one game!
